Cush has worked for over 25 years in the Hospitality Industry at home and abroad. He has been part of several successful businesses and he is now pursuing his new found passion …. Real Estate.

Since 2000 Cush has completed several Real Estate transactions for himself and friends. This has led him to complete and obtain his Real Estate license in 2005.

Being friendly helpful and outgoing, Cush is naturally drawn towards processing loans and financing, helping others achieve their ‘American Dream’!

Cush is a member of the Southbay Association of Realtors. He is, also, one of the founding members and on the ‘Board of Directors’ of one of the fastest growing Technology Company in Los Angeles.

Cush lives with his wife of twenty seven years, Gulshan in beautiful Redondo Beach. They enjoy traveling, entertaining, cooking and music.
