A graduate from Occidental College, JR came to Beach Lending after a year of playing minor league baseball in Texas.  A business major at Oxy, JR has brought that same focus and hard work to the lending industry, which has enabled him to make a smooth transition from the classroom/ball field to the mortgage firm.  Brought to Beach Lending by his friend, Rick Izquieta, he has been able to work side by side with a senior loan consultant with 13 years experience.  He has quickly learned how to simplify the loan process all on computer, thus making it paperless, efficient and a lot less stressful in order to get his clients the loan they need.

JR has still remained active in the baseball community.  He is currently the assistant varsity coach for the Hoover High School baseball team located in Glendale.  Aside from the Hoover team, JR is now signing up kids to give one on one instruction as well as future plans to conduct baseball camps this summer for kids in the local area.
